Provenance:
An old English collection

Thickly potted with a straight rim, the sides incised with scrolling lotus blooms, the centre stamped with a twin chrysanthemum spray. Covered overall in a deep and rich sea-green glaze, including the foot rim. The recessed base revealing a dark orange firing ring.
